Order Placement & Payment
Orders must be placed through our official booking channels (website or phone). Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including name, address, and contact information.

Customers are responsible for the agreed upon payment prior to or upon delivery, as outlined in our payment policy.

Orders may be canceled up to 24 before the scheduled delivery without charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Delivery Information
We provide delivery services for kiln-dried firewood within the areas specified in our delivery policy. All deliveries are subject to availability, scheduling, and confirmation. 

We aim to deliver within the agreed upon time frame; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify customers of any significant delays.
Delivery charges are waived based on the regions specified in our delivery policy. Any additional fees will be confirmed before order acceptance.​

Risk & Liability
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. We are not liable for delays or damages caused by factors beyond our control.
