Payment Information

You are required to pay in full prior to delivery. We currently accept Apple Pay and all major credit cards. Cash and checks will be accepted at delivery only if agreed upon prior to ordering.
Cancellations less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee.
Refund Information
​
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery providing detailed proof of the issue (pictures encouraged). Upon approval, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Please note that refunds will not be issued on wood that has been improperly stored or used, orders that were fulfilled as described, or for a customer's change of mind.
